CEO & Founder
Gary served in the London Metropolitan Police for 18 years, including 8 years in covert policing, investigating police corruption at the highest levels. He later become Scotland Yards Anti-Corruption and Internal Investigations “Network Investigator” concerning information leakage from and misuse of the forces corporate IT network.
As “Interim Head”, he successfully established the Digital Forensic and Internet Investigation Laboratories for UK Regulator, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) after the merger of the OFT with the UK Competition Commission.
He has provided independent consultancy services to government, charity and financial services, the maritime, space and accountancy sectors and to organisations dealing with security and de-radicalisation.
He is a founding member of the SouthEast Cyber Security Cluster, the CSSC (Southern Region) and a member of the Council of International Investigators.
Digital Forensics Consultant
Tom is a specialist Digital Forensics and e-Discovery Consultant, with over 15 years experience, supporting criminal, civil and regulatory cases and internal corporate investigations on behalf of clients in the legal sector, law enforcement, industry regulators and corporate clients in the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East and South-East Asia.
Tom is an accredited “expert witness” and has led and managed digital forensics and e-discovery teams, developing and implementing e-discovery strategies for large and complex cross-jurisdictional cases in the EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions.
He is also an accomplished digital forensic trainer.
Organisational Development Consultant
Liza is a transformational leader who combines academic expertise with practical experience to drive organisational change and success. She is a Chartered Psychologist (Organisational), Chartered Fellow of CIPD, and Associate fellow of the British Psychology Society and qualified Coach.
In all her work Liza aims to empower people to be engaged, build on the strengths they have to improve their experiences at work.
She was previously part of a leadership team that led the strategic change programme of an NHS Organisation to become one of the countries top performing commissioning organisations.
She has wide experience of partnership working; external and internal relationships, the active involvement of all staff in the development of the vision and values for the organisation. She has facilitated a culture that encourages personal development and engagement at all levels.
